Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c sliced and hulled fresh strawberries
  • 1⁄4 c freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 c chilled coconut water
  • 1⁄2 c crushed ice

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine strawberries, lime juice, honey, coconut water, and ice.
  2. Blend until combined. Serve immediately.

Notes

This paleo drink is reminiscent of lemonade, but with the refreshing twist of tart lime juice and sweet strawberries.
